Memorize and Retain

The Remember app is a simple and minimal app that assists with memorizing texts, verses, or passages. It also aides with remembering previously memorized texts by reviewing them on a regular basis. The app can be used once a day or throughout the day to recite and review, and the more you use it the quicker you'll be memorizing. Over time, the amount of texts you'll have memorized will grow to tens or even hundreds of texts.

You can either search for verses from popular bible versions, or you can memorize anything you would like by typing or pasting in a title and content directly into the app. Any phrase or saying can be entered for memorizing with the app.

The Remember app helps you not only memorize new texts, but also it regularly asks you to review memorized texts to help retain what you've already learned. Once you've memorized a text, it then becomes part of the body of texts that appear regularly for you to recite again. Newly memorized texts will reappear for reciting every other day, and as you get better and better at remembering and reciting, the every-other-day texts will appear weekly and then monthly to keep them fresh and lock them within your memory.

Further, when a verse is memorized, you are encouraged to begin memorizing a brand new text while continuing to review ones already memorized. You'll be continually growing your memorized text collection by adding in new and regularly reciting known ones.
